East Pensacola Heights: 112 Chipley AvenueConstruction of the raised cottage was completed in 2003. The style is similar to many 19th century structures commonly known as a coastal or Creole. The house has a pyramidial roof. The roof creates an umbrella effect over deep porches and tall French doors lead from central rooms directly out onto the front and back porches.
