view in google earthIt is the only example of a Colonial Revival home in Century’s historic district. The Colonial Revival home was designed to evoke memories of the American Colonial style. Colonial motifs are mixed and matched with more modern design elements while maintaining modern conveniences. They are typically clapboard with windows having at lest six panes of glass in each sash. Ornamental shutters do no open and shut. Instead of a front porch the house has a side porch.
