Scenic Highway: Bay Bluffs ParkBay Bluffs Park, a 32-acre park owned by the City of Pensacola, contains boardwalks and nature trails down the cliffs to the water, along with scenic vistas and close-up views of the bluffs. Scenic Highway is located in Escambia County is approximately 11 miles in length. The roadway is recognized for its scenic, historical, natural, and recreational intrinsic resources. Scenic vistas are a highlight as the road travels atop unique red clay bluffs that rise above Escambia Bay and represent the highest point along the entire coastline of Florida.
