North Hill: 623 North Barcelona StreetNorth Hill which lies north and west of the older waterfront commercial district boasts magnificent old family homes which were built "on the hill" to take advantage of the elevation and the cooling summer breezes from the Bay. The Bridwell home, built around 1900 is trimmed with "gingerbread" and features fancy brackets and posts.
