North Hill: 1000 Reus StreetThis charming Folk Victorian was built in 1909 for Simon A. Johnson by William F. Breen. It is currently owned by Tom and Holly Wharton. The home has three bedrooms and one and a half baths. The home's original structure remains intact with a breezway off the kitchen that leads to the chauffeur's quarters.
